Deepak Varshney

P.Geo - CEO & Director

More than 15 years across capital markets and mineral exploration. Instrumental in raising over $40M in the past three years, with leadership across multiple public resource companies. Holds a B.Sc. in Geosciences from Simon Fraser University.

Khalid Naeem

CPA - CFO

More than 18 years in financial management and capital markets across the resource sector. Has served as CFO to multiple public issuers, with responsibility spanning financial reporting, tax, M&A and risk management.

James Walker

Director

CEO and Director of NanoNuclear Energy Inc. (NASDAQ: NNE). A Chartered Engineer and Chartered Physicist with more than 15 years in nuclear, mining and mechanical engineering. Former U.K. Ministry of Defence project lead for the Rolls-Royce nuclear chemical plant, and previously head of strategy at Ares Strategic Mining. Holds degrees in Mechanical, Mining and Nuclear Engineering.

Zachary Kotowych

Director

CEO of Bolt Metals Corp. Previously held corporate development roles at junior miners, most recently at Abitibi Metals, advancing the B26 Polymetallic Deposit and Beschefer Gold Project. Conducted mining equity research at Haywood and Red Cloud Securities. Exploration experience includes Great Bear (now Kinross), Carlisle (now Alamos) and Solstice Gold. Holds an MSc in Geophysics and an Honours BSc in Mathematics and Geology from the University of Toronto.

Rishi Kwatra

Director

Corporate finance, business development and mergers and acquisitions across the resource sector, including project generation and the evaluation of early to advanced stage M&A opportunities in mining. Has led financings for both public and private issuers, and brings a network of international institutional and capital markets contacts. An entrepreneur and real estate investor. Studied International Trade and Business Administration in Finance at BCIT, and is fluent in several languages.
